Type: Thermal monoculars Brand: Pulsar
The Axion 2 LRF XQ35 Pro is the rangefinding version of the XQ35 Pro. The thermal core is identical: a 384×288, 17 µm detector with 25 mK sensor NETD (under 18 mK system), a 35 mm F1.0 lens, 2–8x magnification, 10.7° field of view and a stated 1,300 m detection range. The 905 nm laser rangefinder reads to 1,000 m with ±1 m accuracy.
It keeps the 640×400 AMOLED display, 16 GB of recording memory, Wi-Fi to Stream Vision 2 and the APS 5 battery rated at 11 hours. The rangefinder module adds about 90 g, for 470 g with battery, and the body remains IPX7.
Pulsar has discontinued it but stock remains in the UK. Choose it over the plain XQ35 Pro if you need to report distances — security, estate management, boating — and accept the extra bulk; otherwise the standard unit is lighter and cheaper for the same picture.
