Type: Thermal monoculars Brand: HIKMICRO

The Falcon FQ25 is the 25 mm model of HIKMICRO's first Falcon range. Its 640×512, 12 µm detector is quoted at under 20 mK, and the 25 mm lens gives a low 1.42x base magnification with a wide 17.5° field of view, digital zoom in 1x–8x steps and a stated detection range of 1,200 m.

It has a 1024×768 OLED display, records to 64 GB of internal memory and uses a replaceable battery rated at 5 hours. The body is IP67 and weighs 500 g with battery (450 g without). The retailer page does not list Wi-Fi, so that field is left blank.

HIKMICRO has replaced the range with the Falcon 2.0, so the FQ25 appears as remaining or used stock. Its combination of a 640 sensor and a wide view suits woodland and close farmland, where detail at 100 m matters more than reach at 500.
