The Condor CQ50L is the long-lens model of HIKMICRO's original Condor rangefinding range. The 640×512, 12 µm detector (under 20 mK) sits behind a 50 mm F1.0 lens, giving 3x base magnification, an 8.7° field of view, digital zoom to 24x and a stated detection range of 2,600 m. The laser rangefinder reads to 1,000 m.

It has a 1024×768 OLED display, records photo and video, and runs on a replaceable battery rated at 6 hours. The body is IP67 and weighs 450 g without battery. Wi-Fi is not confirmed in HIKMICRO's spec rows for this generation. A Condor CQ50L 2.0 with an F0.9 lens has since replaced it.

It suits open hill, moor and coastal use where detecting and ranging something at 500 m or more is the job. The narrow view counts against it in woodland, where the CQ35L is the better choice.
