Type: Night vision monoculars Brand: Pard

The NV019 is Pard's handheld digital night vision monocular (the NV007 and NV008 in the same family are weapon-mounted and are not listed on this site). It records 1920×1080 video at 30 frames per second and stills to microSD (up to 32 GB), outputs over HDMI and USB, and streams over Wi-Fi. The 5 W 850 nm infrared illuminator is rated to 250 m and Pard quotes an observation range of more than 400 m. The eyepiece display is 800×480. Dealers disagree on magnification (one quotes zoom to 24x, a UK retailer 1–6x optical with 3x digital), so none is recorded here; the lens diameter is also not stated.

Power is a 3.7 V lithium cell (an 18650 according to the UK retailer) rated at 10 hours. The body is IPX4, 202 mm long and 371 g without battery. Start-up takes about 4 seconds.

It suits watching and recording from a fixed spot at 50–250 m with a powerful illuminator; confirm the magnification with the seller before buying.
