Type: Thermal monoculars Brand: Guide

The TK431 is a handheld thermal monocular from Guide Sensmart's TrackIR line. It uses a 400×300 VOx detector at 17 µm with a quoted 30 mK sensitivity, behind a 35 mm F1.2 lens, giving an 11.1° field of view at 50 Hz. The 400×300 format sits between the common 384×288 and 640×512 sizes.

It shows its image on a 1280×960 FLCOS display, records photo and video, and streams over Wi-Fi. Power is a removable 18650 cell rated at 5 hours. Weight is 485 g at 192 mm long; the retailer table lists it as waterproof without an IP code, and does not give magnification or zoom, so those are left blank rather than taken from retail copy.

Guide have discontinued it and retail listings describe it as in production from 2022. It suits fields and woodland edges at a mid-range price when found as clearance stock.
