A pair of very high quality dovetail - weaver adapters. These adapters will fit dovetails with a width of 9.5 - to 13mm and add very little (less than 18mm) to the height of the rail so shooting position is not altered unduly. Fixed to the rail using two steel hex head screws per adapter, the adapters are very easy to fit, with no gunsmithing required. One adapter in each set is fitted with a removable arrestor pin, which when used, prevents "scope creep". Each set comprises of a pair of adapters and comes complete with an allen key.

This is a long rail adapter for firearms that are fitted with Picatinny or Weaver rails, and it allows the night vision scope to be mounted with the perfect eye relief position, especially where the existing firearm scope rail is mounted a little too far forward to enable a comfortable shooting position to be achieved with your night vision device. The top part of the rail has 30 cm of useable rail, while the underneath of the rail has 19cm of useful surface. The weaver/Picatinny clamps can be moved to ensure the best possible grip over various different length rails. This rail, when used in conjunction with our dovetail/weaver adapters (see preceeding item) can also be used with dovetail rails. Reasons for using it this way are to raise the height of the night vision unit to clear any obstacles on the firearm, (ejection openings, cocking handles, magazine wells etc) or to give a better shooting position on some dovetail rails which can be quite small in length. This rail is very easy to fit, with no gunsmithing required.

The ATN Picatinny Platform Ring is a clamp that is attached to a suitable area on your day scope to provide a short Picatinny platform for mounting accessories. The most commpn requirement for this arrangement is where an IR illuminator is being used as part of a night vision "add-on" set up, or where a laser dot sight may be mounted to aid with range finding. Another popular use is where a small red dot sight is mounted above your day vision optic, to enable quick target acquisition at close range targets.

The ring will fit day scope tubes of 30mm diameter, but also included are two spacers to allow the ring to be mounted on 1 inch diameter scope tubes.

In this picture, the Picatinny platform ring has been used to mount an IR laser onto a Leupold day scope (you can see ithe laser nearest the top of the picture, and the platform ring is the lower portion visible in contact with the day scope tube).

Note how this puts the IR laser in the perfect position, where the output clears the obstructions that otherwise would be caused by the turrets of the day scope. When not needed, any such accessories can be removed quickly and easily, leaving the platform ring attached inobtrusively on the day scope.
