The ATN NVM-14 CGTI Gen 2+ multi-use mini-monocular is the cutting edge when it comes to Military-specification, tough, water-proof, rugged, compact and light-weight full-featured night vision devices. Using the latest technology in both mechanical and electronic construction, this device is perfect for demanding civilian, law enforcement and military night vision tasks.

ATN NVM-14 can be worn head-mounted (as a mono-goggle which will automatically switch off when brought up from your face in the raised position), fitted to a rifle for use as the smallest, lightest, toughest high performance weapon-sight available; It can be mounted onto the rear of a day scope using our high quality hinged day scope adapter. It can be used hand-held, or it can be mounted to a second unit for use as either binoculars or worn as a head-mounted dual-tube goggle.

As well as the standard tube ABC and BSP circuits, the ATN NVM-14 also contains sensors built into the monocular body. These sensors detect if lighting conditions are too bright, and an LED (inside the field of view of the user) blinks to let you know.

If lighting conditions stay too bright for 10 seconds, the unit will power down to protect the tube from damage. Also displayed by LED in the eyepiece are "IR ON" and "Low Battery" indications. The NVM-14 has two weapons-mount options available - the hinged day scope adapter, and the weaver/ picatinny style mount. The hinged day scope adapter allows the monocular to be quickly mounted behind your day rifle scope, converting it to a night vision rifle scope - because it uses the day scope reticle, the rifles zero is not lost, and so the change over is seamless. Day scopes with side wheel focus are particularly suitable, and in general, if magnifications higher then 6X are used, additional IR illumination will be required to maintain a bright image. The adapter is hinged so that the monocular can be locked sideways out of the way if required. Each adapter comes with a set of inserts to allow it to fit to wide range of day scope eye-piece diameters, up to 42mm diameter. So, you want to turn your day rifle scope into a night vision unit? The quick release weapon mount is another option, where the NVM-14 is going to be used in conjunction with a laser sight or a red dot sight. A quick release button means that the unit can be dismounted in a second leaving the rail mount still fitted to the weapon. The quick release rail mount is the US standard 7/8 inch weaver/picatinny type.

Built around the ATN high performance commercial grade Gen 2+ tube, the NVM-14 CGTI offers superior clarity and sharp bright images under the darkest lighting conditions - tubes are factory new (not military surplus). CGTI gives guaranteed performance specifications of 45-54 lp/mm resolution, and signal to noise of 15-22.
